Do we offer Gluten Free Cake? Yes and No. We can use GF flours, but we do not have a GF facility. There WILL be gluten exposure in your cake or cupcakes as we cannot control for gluten in the air while we prep and bake, nor incidental contact no matter how hard we try. We are able to use GF flour in our Chocolate, Red Velvet, and Carrot Cake Recipes. NOT in our vanilla based recipes. There will be additional charges and additional sizing/amount requirements for GF items.
